Pricing Plans
Most adverts are Free but we offer a Featured Ad advertising package that will improve the visibility of your content, as your advert appears in front of the others adverts.
Price is 2.99£ , this includes VAT and is final price.
Return Policy
Our return policy is straightforward to ensure clarity and fairness:
- Refund Eligibility: We will issue a refund only if an advertisement was created twice by mistake. If this happens, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the second advert being published to request a refund. Proof of the duplicate advert may be required.
- Non-Refundable Situations: For all other situations, including but not limited to, changing your mind, errors in the content of the advert, or the effectiveness of the advertisement, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that your advert is correct and that you have selected the appropriate pricing plan before completing your purchase.
- Contact for Refunds: If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please contact our support team at contact@petslove.uk. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days after review and approval.
