    Czech Wolf

The Czech Wolfdog is a striking breed developed in the 1950s by crossing German Shepherds with Carpathian wolves, resulting in a dog that resembles a wolf both in appearance and behavior. Typically weighing between 50 to 90 pounds (22 to 40 kg) and standing about 24 to 28 inches (60 to 70 cm) tall at the shoulder, they have a strong, athletic build, erect ears, and a thick, double coat that can vary in color from gray to yellowish or brownish tones.

Czech Wolfdogs are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong pack instincts. They require experienced handling, ample socialization, and regular exercise due to their high energy levels and working dog background. These dogs thrive in active environments and can excel in various canine sports or as working dogs. They are protective and can be reserved with strangers but are affectionate and devoted to their families.
